Default Del Sol Exhaust

I have a 94 sol si, d16z6. I have a hole in my stock exhaust right before the muffler, and i am wanting to get something with a sporty tone to replace it. I don't have alot of cash on hand, and was wondering what everyone recommends. I have seen catback systems on ebay for 150 with shipping. What are these systems like? Are there any recommended brands of mufflers that won't break the bank? Thanks.

ebay catback = fart can. Buy something like WS2 or evo2, they sound a lot better. If you don't have a lot of cash, you might just want to get some axleback.

+1, ebay exhausts sound terrible, just go with an axle back, Greddy, Apexi, and Tanabe all make great exhausts.

All those exhaust's mentioned are pretty expensive. Most start around 350 and upwards to 500 or more if your nuts. For a budget, I would recommend getting a 2.25" pipe bent for your exhaust part, and putting an es oval muffler on the end. They are not too loud and wont sound like someone shitting their pants going down the road (ebay). Try http://www.inlinefour.com/estunsysovun.html for the muffler. They run about 100.00. And if you search you can see guys around here with that setup. I hope this helps you save a couple bucks, and avoid the **** on ebay.

I'm thinking about getting the ebay exhaust cutting off the muffler and putting the Vibrant muffler on it. The guy who had the car before me pieced it together with flex pipe so I need all new pipe.

The obx twin loop on ebay doesn't sound raspy at all. its just a muffler so you would need to go to a muffler shop so they could make piping for you.

Call N1 concept, they have pretty good deal on used exhuast. I got my tanabe hyper axleback from them and only cost me $30.
