Default del sol engine swaps

I was wondering what the cheapest engines i could swap into my 93 del sol with out aftermarket motor mounts. Im alos doing a auto to manual transmission conversion.

you will need to convert to Delsol VTEC configure for all B-series engine swap. It should be easy.

D-series will always be cheaper and you could use stock mounts, but you would need a new tranny mount.

D-series all the way!! Only the d-series motors will allow you to use your stock mounts other than your tranny mount like posted earlier. Plus stuff for them is cheap as hell. A d16z6 would be your best bet.

d15b7 and as for the tranny mount im going to be using a hasport adapter mount for the manual tranny. Would the b18b be a good engine?

Good brand name on the mount. Thats what I used.
