Default Del Sol Engine swap questions

Okay, so I am helping out a buddy with his swap, and I am a little confused. I really am hoping that you guys can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. So he recently bought a 97 Civic with a turbo GSR, and he wants to put it into his 97 Del Sol. The part where it gets fuzzy to me, is I am staring at this engine bay and it screams OBD1 to me, but everywhere I look on the intarwebs, it says it's OBD2. The ECU is P1Z, which is OBD2A. So to my understanding, to make this engine work in the new car, I would need EG-B mounts/linkage, and a B-series OBD2 engine harness. Right? The axles should swap over no problem, and the OBD1 jumper harness takes care of everything in car to use the P28. Right?
