Hi there,

I've searched and even read through the first 7 pages of topics on here and still haven't found anything, so I'll just out and ask:

Does anyone know if a bumper on an EK Civic (specifically type R) will fit the front of a Del Sol? Both are JDM Spec, and the Bumper is a genuine Buddy Club bumper. I expect to have to make modifications, but can this be done with minimal mods?

I've got headlights at the ready, as again, I realise the headlights are different, and I"m aware I'll lose the spotlights, just wondering how different the two front chassis' are as I've never put a del sol and an EK civic side by side.

it fits but requires some modification. search the archives for more details, tons of info. del sol is an EG chassis, so the swap is like EG/EK.

my del sol has this done to it . its actually more work than you think, you have to weld ek fenders to del sol fenders. and alignment is gonna be a pain.

did you convert the suspension too or did the alignment go bad after the fender welding ?

alignment of the new hood and ek parts is what i meant. very funny
