del sol with a d16 engine code, not a z6 or y8?? what is this?
so im about to buy this car, has a d16 vtec engine, car runs perfect and vtec engages perfect...but the car says d16?? not d16z6 or d16y8 or d16a6? so what is this? minime swap? or what?

It's basically a D16Z6 except it was manufactured in Japan. Quite rare to see a D16A floating around though. Later, BR

Yea the guy said the og engine was stolen and that's why he put that one on..so im gonna buy the car then, I was worried it was a shady minime swap..
