Like the title says. When you cold start it is holds an idle at about 1500, then as it gets hot it goes down, but when it is either hot or cold it has like now power between 2-3k there's like a flat spot in the pedal, had the dizzy adjusted with a timing like back to where it's supposed to be, could the timing belt jumped teeth? Could there be a sensor bad? Cause there are no lights on the car, it doesn't smoke and it's also gets poopy gas milage like 17-20 and it's killing my pocket! I can't figure it out zoo I guess I would post up the question, I've looked forever and just can't figure it out, just give me your input, car also 145k if your wondering and the belt and water pump done at 130k have papers from previous owner! JUST HELP ME!!

I'm gonna try to change the Ignition coil in the distributor and the got a new fuel filter to help out with the mpg issue man, I'll pm you to tell ya if it works out!
