What are you trying to do? There is already a lower panel that forces all the front grille air to the radio and condenser ?

Are you looking for a panel to block off a removed A/C condenser?.

My car is Boosted on a fullrace topmount FMIC 662whp, after short passes or long idles I run temperatures of over 230 degrees F, what I am trying to do is shroud top of the radiator support and headlight area there are too much opening, therefore since there is a restriction of air caused by the intercooler, it is easier for the fan to pull hot air from the engine bay through the path of least resistance through these openings back to the radiator, I am trying block those areas and isolate the radiator from the manifold and downpipe.
picture a huge turbo in a small bay.
older pic but this should explains it.

Looks like you are going to need custom fabrication.

Also, have you considered switching to a pusher fan?
When I put the small block in my Belair (around 350hp) I found pushing air lowered my temps.

Maybe you might want to move that rad away from the giant turbo & downpipe you have running alongside it?

I've seen people angle it in smaller bays about 30* to the left as you look into the bay instead of cutting into the support like you did. Might also want to think about wrapping the manifold while you're at it and check for restrictions as I doubt your cooling plate will have much effect without other means of ducting in that area.

yeah I have to look into alternative mounting. I even thought about switching to water to air. last race I participate in at hockenheimring was supposed to be my shine, but instead plagued with high temps, including intake temps, I was running and ended up activating my water/meth kit to cool down the intake, every pass was overheating. I don't think its anything other than the cooling system.

I am thinking of putting fans on the front of the intercooler since there is no room in the back.

I ran twin 12" fans on my Mishimoto rad in between my radiator and intercooler. You could always make a custom heat shield over the wrapped downpipe and then upgrade to a high CFM fan.

try to close the gaps between radiator and sheetmetal with that foam tubing that is cut on one side to slip over pipes on houses? it comes in various sizes and can be had cheap at lowes or home depot.

yeah that is the plan, I may also try fans on the front of the intercooler. may look tacky but it will probably do wonders for cooling
