you can reach it from the inside of your trunk... pull off the carpet. i did it a while ago and forgot stuff but it's self explanatory. be very careful not to pull/push to hard. that metal is thin and bends easily. i flushed mine but i was amazed how it just dented when i pressed on it.

You have to take the panels from behind the seat out to get to the bolt that holds the antenna in, however once the antenna is loose you have to take it out/put it in through the trunk.
