What years did the Del Sol come with a B16?

94-95 - B16A3
96-97 - B16A2

B16A3 was the OBD1 from 94-95 and the B16A2 is the OBD2 like the 99-01 SI's.

yup Da935oul is correct. B16a3 for 94-95 and B16a2 for 96-97
