Default Deck keeps falling out

I have a 99 Honda Civic with an aftermarket deck and the piece around the deck (which also has the "free box") keeps falling out everytime I hit a bump. It is really annoying. I bought the car like this so I am not sure if something is missing to hold it in there.

Pic is just for reference, not my actual car otherwise i'd be RHD

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

does your head unit have the metal sleeve (cage) around it? if so... slide it out and bend the tabs so they hold onto stuff inside the dash...

If the plastic piece is falling out the metal piece won't help. 3M is the cheap fix but you may want to replace the plastic adapter kit. those things break very easily when people try to force them in. I've had to fix so many hack jobs it isn't funny. just do it right and save yourself the headache.
