DD: Stock SI seats vs JDM Recaros

DD: Stock SI seats vs JDM Recaros
Looking for opinions from people who have used both.
I like the looks of the Recaro's more, and the side bolsters are more defined, but what about comfort. The Car is a DD.
I am asking because I am thinking about trading my stockers for the Recaro's. How much additional cash do you guys think is reasonable on my part? Provided both sets of seats are in the same condition.

BTW Recaro's are black not red, if that changes anything price wise.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Recaro SRDs that came in the CTR/ITR? If so, you are comparing apples to oranges. The two are not comparable in comfort, price, or looks. I've had both. Sold my Si seats for $50, SRDs are worth $900+.

That's the price difference I was afraid of. I guess I will wait to here from the seller, but my guess is that the seats are out of my price range.

They're comfortable as hell though. 
If you want a cheap upgrade, I would suggest del sol seats or 94+ integra (cloths) seats.

yes all the 96-00 civic seats are just horrible. Like 00ekcoupe said a good cheap seat are the delsols or 94+ integra. Out of those 2 i like the delsols.

Yeah a great alternative are dc integra seats. I'm 6"2 and have them in my eg and i fit perfectly. If you're looking for something with more side bolster i drove from miami to chicago in a buddy club p1 and was fine. Nothing can compare to a recaro though haha
