I Bought SS 4-2-1 Headers for a 94-99 GSR. Cound not pass up the price, I didnt know at the time the headers didnt have a O2 sensor. And I do on the stock manifold for the si with the additional one on the cat. Long story short someone told me just drill and tap the hole for the O2 sensor on the header for the GSR.

Hence why I need pics, THanks if anyone can help.

The EM1 manifold looks similar to the B18C5 manifold shown above, and the O2 bung location is exactly the same.

really that far back, so would it make a difference if i just used the primay and secondary O2 sensors in the test pipe? Thanks padawan

No, it won't make a difference, but without a cat (or some sort of method of fooling the sensor), the secondary O2 is going to throw a CEL.

Yes, the only purpose of the secondary O2 is to tell the ECU whether the cat is functioning properly.

Cool you have been very helpful thank you. Now if your primary o2 is off the car wont run work a damn right? But if the secondary o2 is off the car just throghs the cel for the cat and that is just for smog purposed right? So here is the last question and my be dumb can i leave the secondary out and put the primary in that spot(or use the test pipe with just the primary) Thans padawan

Yes, you could install the primary in the spot for the secondary (assuming there's no cat material), but I'd rather not have the CEL constantly lit, since you'll then never know if you're also throwing a CEL for another problem.

If you don’t have a cat and the wires will reach that far (which it doubt) then yes, but you will still throw a CEL, you should really at least have a high flow cat and have a bung welded into the "A pipe"

Thanks for all the usful info ill let you know what i do with the next few days.

I might try to see if DC sports will trade the 94-99GSR SS 4-2-1. For 4-1 CC for the si. I doubt it. Its worth a try.

Or sell them get new ones.
