go check on your stock header

does it has the cat built in to the header right behind your license plate

I don't think you will be able to use the header for an EX, because I believe the cat on a LX is in the header. (I think )

here are your options

1-get header with one o2 sensor and get an aftermarket cat with one o2 sensor
2-get header with two 02 sensors with no cat-might throw a code=loud=most power
3-get header with two 02 sensors with aftermarket cat with 0 o2 sensors-might throw a code

1 and 3 are pretty much the same
1 and 3 require you to modify your exhaust to fit
