dc header for a 97 sedan and stock type r exhaust
i'm trying to upgrade my g/f's car with basic bolt ons(i/h/e). well, my cousin has a 96 coupe(ex manual) and says he'll give me his dc header in trade for her stock header(i guess he's just tired of the scene). will that header work with my g/f's car(her's is a 97' dx, not to mention its auto)?i also was looking into a stock type r exhaust to fit it on her car or just piping with an es muffler.what do you guys think? any feedback will help...thanx

DX has the cat built into the manifold. IT would bolt up but the EX would have two cats, and I'd guess that wouldn't work. An EX header will fit on a D16Y7, but you'll need a cat or test pipe.
