Will integra (dc) exhaust piping bolt onto a eg hatch? Not the can just piping

I'm talking about the full piping,
From the header all the way back to were the canister bolts up

it all depends on the hanger location dude. what engine do u have in the hatch?

Yes it will. You will need to re-hanger it though. But it will fit.
