Default Dashboard Help. I already made a search, didn't help.

I'm installing a new tachometer in my 94 Civic HB. I want to know the easiest way to take off my dashboard in order to install it. I've never done anything to the dash, so i'm new to messing around with it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot.
