Default dash swap

I have a 92 civic cx..it had grey interior so i swap some 92 vx interior in there but i kept my cluster and now the tach and speedometer dont work......the cluster that was in my cx was from and ex.....can someone tell me why it doesn't work or how to fix it?

nothign in the cluster is working .....the tach the fuel gauge hot gauge nothing help

you either un-plugged or tore a wire... there's no reason interior pieces would make you guages stop working...


check the fuse also.

interior should have noting to do with this... did u plug everything in when u hooked up the cluster?? recheck all the wires.

you probobly pinched some wires in something.

All the wires are fine....which fuses should i check...b/c its says theres no fuse to the cluster....some of the lights work on the cluster.....like when i hit my brights the bright light on my cluster comes on....but my blinkers don't work...

there should be a fuse for the console... it's also for the brake lights on my car (93 ex.. should be the same for you..)

Do you have brake lights? not the indicator your actual brake lights in the rear...

the highbeam and other indicators are on a seperate fuse... the console lights are on their own fuse with the brake lights... check those.. that should do it.

I dont know which fuse it is....i have brake lights but all the gauges and the bottom lights dont work.....can someone tell me were the fuse or fuses are....i have a chiltons but it just sucks...
