dash and running lights not working
hey i have a 94 i recently just got a week or so ago and the dash and running lights dont work all of a sudden the headlights do though. i checked the fuse and it was blown (fuse #19) i then replaced it and it still didnt work i then checked the fuse box on fuse #19 with a volt tester and it says theres no power on both ends... could someone please help.
