I'm Sure this topic has come up millions of times.

So lets start off with the info, 1992 Civic cx Hatchback. Got the car with no lights working. It has a dimmer switch in it. I checked the fuse there all fine. I have battery voltage on both red and red black wire. i thought i would try crimping the red and black wire together. All the lights worked after that. Just a temporary fix until i got another dimmer switch. I picked up 3 dimmer switches from the junk yard. One of them has to work. i cant see how they all could be bad. Maybe thats why i was able to find them LOL. But anyway i rewired the red and black wire back to the connector that plugs into the switch and then i tried all of the switches. And stil nothing. no lights at all.
