dash conversion
will a 96 integra dash fit in a 94 civic HB? ive seen many integra dashes in a civic, and just wondering if it would fit right in, or is there any fabrications i would have to make?

I'm pretty sure you would also need the door panels off of the integra, and I'm not sure but I think theres fab work no matter what.
I'm sure someone else has a better answer for you though..

Think long and hard before you do this. I have this conversion in my car and hate it. (It was there when I bought the car). Next question you all will want to know: "Why don't you remove it then?" Well, I have an 8-point cage. At any rate, it's a lot of work and a bitch to reverse. Also, the fit is SHITTY, the door panels DO NOT fit without fabrication (as probably shown in the provided link), and finally... why? You have a Civic, right?
An Integra dash conversion is something I would definitely steer you away from. Use those hours and that money to do something more personal and unique with your car! G/L.
Oh, one more time: I can't tell you how ugly this dash fits in the car. It would require hours upon hours to make it look good. It can and has been done though.

I only did it becuase I had an extra laying round and my Civic dash was all trashed from previous owners. I molded ex door panels with the tweeters and all power, looks nice actually. And the fit at the door jamb was solved by using rubber matting and cutting it to fit. All in all it works pretty nice, the only thing I didn't like was the wiring (I used Integra harness, and USDM Type-R cluster). If you decide to do it be prepared make sure you have all necessary components. It takes a whole weekend at best.
