Default Darn Oil Bolt

Well last time my car was in the shop for repairs they decided to do an oil change without first talking to me. It was fine... untill I went to get under my car today only to find the bolt stripped because they used an air socket. Any ideas on how to get this bitch out?

a possible ghetto trick is to saw the middle of the bolt and make a groove to try and unsrew it out with a large flat head screwdriver. Dont think it'll work cuz it should be stuck on there pretty tight.

Go back to the shop, dont be scurred!

Perhaps you could take the oil pan off and grab the other side with the vise grips? sounds like a pain in the *** but i belive it would be FAR less messy then the other sagestions, i mean when you drill it out your gonna put a big hole in there for the oil to come out. but hey thats just my opinion if you do go with the bolt out which i personally hate again cause the ******* allways break on me and cause a bigger proplem then b4 cause there harden steal. so i say just take the bitch of an oil pan off completly. and then try to get it from the other side or drill completly throw it with a drill press and clean out the threads. i say drill press because you can use a bigger drill bit then a hand drill and not have to worry so much about damaging the original threads. And that is the conclusion of my long winded .02 cents!
