Default dare you to solve this problem

i run my car, i turn it off and turn it back on, and then my car dies down at very low throttle suddenly, like i can cruise a couple seconds at low throttle, then it acts like i took my foot off the pedal. then it comes back and lurches and i can cruise a few more seconds, repeat.

but if i stop the car and let the rpms drop to an idle then take off again the problem goes away. its driving me insane. tps tested good but im still suspecting it

dirty throttle body. My y8 used to do what I think you're describing. I tried everything, then it went away when I took the TB off and cleaned it really good.

If it isnt the TB then you might want to suspect a fuel pressure issue, most likely a pump. it sounds like its not being able to maintain adequate fuel pressure and its bucking and lurching. just my .02

Is the CEL ON? When was the last tune up? As mentioned, try cleaning the throttle body, adjusting the throttle cable, and lubricating the throttle pedal.

Check your injectors, I had a 92 Talon that did the same thing.

Is it on a B16? Sounds like it could be the IACV acting up.
