Default Damn!!!! my timing belt snapped

I was coming home from my friend's house and bam my timing belt snapped i was like damn i was in the middle of the road had to push the car to the side. My friend said my valves might hit and my motor is screwed. What u guys think?

your friend is probably correct....get it checked out and... why the hell didn't you maintain your car?

Damn man! when was the last time you checked your Timin belt? or replaced them? very serious sh*t!

How fast were you driving? I mean, just doing 25 could get you a new engine. But honestly, if you were doing under 35, you could be OK. Get that valve cover off ASAP! and check it out.

did you hear any metal crashing etc?? if not just change timing belt. how fast were you going?? I can do it if you need someone
