I just bought my friends DA, and want to swap out the entire brake setup and put it in my EG. Is everything I need for this on the DA? Do I need to purchase anything else? Also I've been reading, but only find brake setups from DC's used, does that mean the DA setup wont fit in my hatch? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Help anyone? Will the DA's brakes bolt right up like the DC's?

hey, i have done it on my eg hatch. for the fronts you use the civic upper and lower control arm, and you use the knuckle from the DA, bolts right in. For the back i use everything from the Da, the rear trail assemblely, and arms, bolts right up

I thought using a da knuckle in an eg throws the whole geometry off. According to the brake faq it says to use the caliper and bracket on an civic ex or si, or dc knuckle. Isnt the Da knuckle only good for crx's or ef's.
