i got a 93 civic vx hatchback i just got my hands on a 2002 d17a2 i wanted to know what will i need to drop that in ima be using a p28 computer (chip..and tune) what can i use from my car and what will i need ?? need help asap (searched but got nothing )

i dont hink you will be able to do it..

maybe but doubtful..

the d17 n a em2 are complete diffrent from egs and so forth

i have a em2 and a ej1 and everything is complete diffrent

doing that swap would probably require mounts, n stuff, like doing a k swap??? cuz i think k swaps are able to go into em2s n up civic, with minor mods... but i could be wrong, n why would u want a d17....??? why not just get a d16y8/z6

yea k swaps adapt o em2s chasis very well..

d17a2 is a horrible motor unless you got some cash..

because that i know of only a minority of companys many a intake manifold for the d17 to replace the plastic one.

ive seen a crx with it done but im sayin its NOT worth it.. the d17 is a horrible motor unless you build it and spend some $$
