d17a2 or d16y5 swap

Hi, I have a 99 civic LX 4dr with a stock D16y7 engine. Is there a cheap way to swap in a D17a2 or D16y5 or what would be a good swap/frankenstein to give it a little more power while spending the least amount of money?
