Default D16Z7 chip searching. Help!!!!

Hi i`m new here i`m from Poland (Europe).I have Honda Civic 5gen. 92` , 1.6 Sohc D16Z7.I would like to buy a chip for this engine.Could you tell me what kind of chip you preffer.I find on Ebay some chip`s mugen , spoon and more and what you think about it .Thanks for all answers.

chips are a waste of money for a stock car. not to mention the ones on ebay are a gimmick

Ok so all chip are waste of money if i have a stock car.In future i would like to change a camshaft and aem camgear.But for know i have a stock car and what you prefer if i want a chip.Maybe you know place where can i buy this chip.

the best way to do anything as far as chips go would be to get someone who knows how to socket an ecu. that being taking an old chip out of your ECU and replacing it with a CHIPABLE (aka: removable) socket. that way you can play with it. as long as you have someone that can burn programs and what not to change your rev limiter, vtec engagement (providing), launch RPMS, fuel curves, and the such

you want get more then 1hp out of a chipable ecu on stock car. You get your ecu socketed so you can tune your boosted car or you got an NA monster.

The only other reason to chip your ecu is if you got an engine swap and your want your stock ecu to run that engine.
