What are some things that would help this motor put down hp???

I want to only run n/a but i need to get the car to move and i know someone out there has built a d16z6 and its quick. I need help

most people say n/a d series is pointless
to make it fast your gonna have to get all the bolt ons, definitely headwork, high comp pistons, a nice cam and cam gear...itll take a lot more money then turbo and probly not even be as fast

Yeah my friend had a si del sol and we wrecked it and then i had an s model... Well we pulled the motor out of it and put it in mine in the quarter my car is so much faster...... He now has a nsx from the wreck ....... But i dont understand why its faster in my car than his????? http://images.honda-tech.com/set1//smile/emcrook.gif

there is gonna be no cheap and easy way to make your d-series fast without boost of some kind.

just do some basics until your ready for whatever path you choose, sooner or later the wallet bug will bite you. Throw on a b series tb, ported to 64mm, intake, hd intake gasket, 4-2-1 header, and a nice legal exhaust. Ground wires, some starter tuner ability, s-afc or something along thoose lines. With that you should be ethier sick of honda's, or want to see what 400whp feels like.

uhhh no.
read carefully, he was saying his friend wrecked his sol and they put his motor in his sol and its faster, all he said about the nsx is thats what his friend got after crashing his sol
