Default d16z6 / skunk2 manifold / aem fuel rail help

What's up HT, Ive got a single cam vtec motor I've been planning on mounting into my eg sedan. Lately I been gettin closer and closer to completing the skunk2 manifold/aem fuel rail bolt up. The only problems I have ran into are:
- my timing belt tighter bolt is stripped and I've tried to get it off numerous of times and it just won't nudge. I believe its tight enough but how much play should it have?

- finding this bolt to block off the top of the fuel rail, I believe it must be blocked off but I just may be wrong I'm not certain.

-also I cannot find the bolt on the opposite side that supposably connectes to the regulator, the bolt size on the aem fuel rail is different than the bolt size screwing into the regulator. Where can I find this piece to match both sides?

- lastly I'm confused on what goes in this hole on the skunk 2 manifold(picture below), I'm assuming its the antifreeze line but on my old motor there is piping coming out of the motor? If anyone has done this, some ideas or pictures would be greatly appreciated..

Here's the pic of the hole -

I don't know about the fuel rail stuff but I pretty sure the hole on that intake mani is a cooling line, there should be a ~2in hard line the comes out on mani. At least that's how it was on my y8 S2 mani was

you need another fitting on the end of the fuel rail to take a fuel return to the tank. as for the missing nipple is for coolant. hopefully u can find both fittings

So what should I do about the mani? Should I find some piping that fits?
