D16Z6 overheating
hello guys this is my first post here, this is what is happening to me:
Last night when i turned on my car, the rev varied beteween 1000 and 2000, after ten minutes the temperature gauge was almost on the red line i turned on the heat of my car and it was very cold, i stoped and opened the hood and white smoke was coming out from the manifold, not from the scape, i toched the upper radiator hose and it was very hot, but when i touched the other one, at the buttom, it was cold, my question is should i check the thermostat or the water pump????thank u for the help.
