Icon2 D16Z6 jumped timing quick question

so my z6 jumped timing its still running just a lil choppy, can't i just adjust it and everything be okay or should i just grab a new timing belt for the hell of it and be fresh w/ no worries? Lmk just looking for some insight, thanks honda-tech

Install a new timing belt so it doesn't happen again. If the engine still runs poorly with the correct mechanical timing, then compression test the cylinders.

you may have bent valves just some input...mine jumped time bent 8 valves...retimed it and one broke completely...just a personal experience lettin you know...if it runs poorly after your retime...its probably gonna be something in your head

I have an extra head so that's no worries, its not choppy like that i guess i should have used a better term haha, but thanks for the input its all appriciated-
