d16z6 into 93 civic cx
I am putting a d16z6 into a 93 cx hatch and i am wondering if i can run the motor safely off of my stock ecu until i get a p28

yea your going to have to wire in VTEC since your harness doesnt come with it...thank god i have a 92 dx and it came with it...you can run the stock p06 ecu but like EG'SUS said you wont cross over... you can either order a stock p28 or u can send or buy a new ecu thats converted for VTEC... i recommend getting a chipped ecu since you will most likely end up wanting to boost it
