D16Z6 - Hiccups while driving after warm, idle RPM's off.
After warm, my car hiccups while going a constant speed. Much more noticeable at lower speeds, but you can still feel it happen at higher RPMs (~3000). The car's idle RPMs would also fluctuated when stopped, even to the point where the car stalled out a few times after I was in neutral (5-speed).
I took it into the mechanic, where they replaced the distributor cap. As I left the shop, it did the same ****. Took it back in and got a call later that it needed a complete dizzy. I Ordered a Spectra TD42 and a set of NGK wires for them to install.
Get a call saying now, after installing the new dizzy, the car will start and run, but after shutting it down it won't start again.
Any experts have a clue as to whats going on? These guys can't figure out what the heck is going on with it.

Sounds like you need a new mechanic.
For the no start if your fuel pump isn't priming it could be the main relay. But I can't run behind your mechanic. If you just get the car out of the shop and into your driveway I guarantee we can help you better than your mechanic. It would not only be easier for us but for your pocket aswell.
So when you put the key to the (ll) position do you get a any check engine lights? And do you hear the pump prime, it should prime for about 2 seconds.

Wish I would have just had my buddy look it over (Honda Mechanic). These guys must have no idea what they're doing. He was busy, so I just figured I could take it in and have it back in a couple of days....
