d16z6 or d16y8 oilpan

d16z6 or d16y8 oilpan i am going turbo soon i got a z6 will the y8 oil pan work

The y8 are aluminum, remeber that when you go to have a bung put it.

I think the z6 is the same as the y7 oil pan. The y8 has a weird gasket. My del sol si has a y8 stock and the oil pan was not the same as the same year EX :-T

Most of the bolts line up, but there are like two that are about an 1/8 on an inch off. I had a tapped y8 pan and had to end up tapping my z6 pan when i put my turbo on.
