I don't think so. The z6 and y8 intake manifolds are aluminum as the y7 pan is steel.

FYI, the y7 oil pan is baffled while the y8 is not.</TD></TR></TABLE>
hmmmm . . . iw onder what made Honda engineers give the lowest performance engine a baffled oil pan. i guess they thought the people driving a cx/dx would be doing some serious road racing!

dont think so. i could be wrong but i ordered a oil pan off a early 90's d series and it didnt fit the 98 d series.

The eg and ek oilpans are interchangeable between vtec models or non vtec models. eg si's and ex's are interchangeable with the y8. dx's are interchangeable from either eg's or ek's... Among D series oilpans that is. I thought that the y8 oilpan was aluminum and baffled but I could be wrong.
