D16Z6 and D16Y5 heads

Hey people I have one last question: Can I use the head of the D16Y5 on my D16Z6 with the same ECU.????????????

from what ive read recently, the hx can only run properly off an hx p2n ecu, because of the stock widebands and the vtec-e stuff.
