Default d16z6 bogging

92 civic dx 5spd
d16z6 swap

new Battery
new Fuel Filter
newer Fuel Pump
new o2 sensor
known good TB/TPS/MAP
known good ECU
known good wires
known good dizzy

I am using the plug on the firewall for the map sensor.

Anything past 50%ish throttle and the motor just stops reving like youre completely letting off the pedal until it drops down to about 2500-3000rpm then it will start reving again.

I plan on replacing the spark plugs and injectors for known good ones tonight. If that doesn't help im stumped. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

Does the ECU match the engine?

Inspect the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. How old are they?

Have you checked the ignition timing with a timing gun?

Any CEL codes?

Recap:

new Battery
new Fuel Filter
newer Fuel Pump
new o2 sensor
known good TB/TPS/MAP
known good ECU (p28)
known good wires
known good dizzy

+ (from last night)

known good Injectors
known good spark plugs
known good FPR
mechanical timing is on
ignition timing is on
cat is unhooked
thermostat housing ground refreshed

No CEL

The previous owner said that the car didnt always bog as bad as it is now so its gotten worse with time.

Does anyone think its worth throwing another wiring harness on the motor? I have an extra I can try. The current harness does have a couple repairs ([green/yellow] wire on the dizzy being the one im most worried about), I have cleaned the repairs up (solder/heat shrink) but, who knows might be getting weird continuity issues.

Im stumped so any ideas would help out...

Does the CEL work?

Have you measure the fuel pressure with and without the FPR vacuum hose attached?

Is the cat clogged?

my d16z6 did that.
the exhaust manifold was cracked.
i replaced it with an ebay header, and the problem was gone.
