First thing to check is FITV for the bouncing idle when cold. Bouncing idle when warm is the IACV. Clean both out and see if it get's better. Map sensor if it actually connects will work, just double check the hoses are where they should be. If it bucks when on and off the gas pedal under 3k then it's the TPS. I have a feeling the TPS is not working or not adjusted. Check the signal voltage and get out the voltmeter and adjust it. Should be 4.5V-5V signal voltage, .45V-.5V closed, 4.5V open all the way. Voltage should raise smoothly.
Signal voltage= yellow/white wire
positive for adjusting= red/blue
negative or ground for adjusting= black
Also check for vacuum leaks around the throttle body if you didn't use a new gasket.
Good Luck .

Hmmm...Have you pulled the code yet? Get the code and post what it is and we can go from there. Could be a loose connection, but I really don't know if an integra TPS is actually compatable with the civic. You might have to get the civic TPS, but I can't say for sure as I am not there in person to see it. Is the wiring the same for the teg TPS or is the harness pinned different?
