d16z6 and 5 speed swap a success. but...
ok so i finally got my car running and driving. its a 93 EG sedan, which i converted from D15b7 auto to D16z6 5 speed, running a chipped P06 ecu with NO CEL's. except when i hit vtec. idk why, vtec still engages tho.
i still havn't hooked up the clutch safety switch, or reverse lights yet.
do i need the lower torque mounts thati took off the old motor? i havn't installed them yet.
and on my transmission mount (passneger side) i only had 1 stud on the tranny, so i got a bolt from lowes (same size and thread) with a lock washer, and used it for the second hole. is this ok to do?
ill post pictures up soon. its raining and dark out.
