It's this concept called research and reading. Worked great for me.

so you found 100 topics covering what you should do and you didn't read them...instead just decided to make another topic?

Re: (RyanCivic2000)
Theres a reason why no one will tell you exactly what to do, your possiblilites are numerous, if there was one right thing to do, everyone would have the same honda. Search for dyno's on intakes, and even headers. But keep in mind, that doing this or that to an engine, changes what your going to get for numbers. Typically a 4-1 header is for top end, but again, that doesn't always happen. Theres some good books at Barnes and Noble, on honda tunning. Read up. Key to remember is that, if you increase the intake side, you need to increase the exhaust side, its a never ending cycle. As for intakes, i like k&n filters, for the cleaning aspect, but i think you can clean bout all of them, some like cold air, but watch out for the deep puddles, if your gonna do an exhaust do all of it, that i'd just search companies, and see if you can find dyno's. Or just have one made up, or do it yourself if you got a welder.
