Very nice. Can I ask what you paid for the paint work?

No problem, it wasn’t a cheap paint job but it was worth it, in person it’s beautiful

Yeah, it looks amazing in the photos. I'll have similar need for my EK and was budgeting ~$5K. Glad I'm in the ballpark.

There is a a huge difference between a maaco paint job and a true paint job, prep work, disassembly, materials, quality, longevity, fit and finish which all require time and money, this car is straighter, slicker and overall better then the day it was new, there is a difference in something looking ok and looking great, something looking good now and terrible a year later which all come at a cost, and believe it or not these cars are valuable, especially stock

What's funny is that price is right for high quality... I've seen some over the top show car paint jobs go for even more than that. Labor is a lot of money...

I don't understand any of these statements and questions. This car is fine as frog hair.

Wow, that looks great. What brand of paint did you use? $7K is cheap for that type of paint job with all that labor to do it right.

So it was mostly for labor then? I could see it costing 2000-3000 bucks but 7K is alot of coin. From what i understand a maaco paint job is around $600 on average..

I was just curious, that's all. Spending 7K on car that is worth maybe $5000 is kind of crazy, IMO.

ive seen people asking $10,000 for sub 100K mile si;s on craigslist, i know a clean one can fetch a pretty penny if its all stock / low mileage

how many miles does this have?

Don't. Just. Stop. We don't need/want this kind of negativity here.
