IACV & O2 Sensor, the two things I could think of.

Here's more info:

DX/LX/CX - D16Y7
Mostly plug and play. VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch and knock sensor will need to be wired in (Figure 6 for OBD2A, Figure 7 for OBD2B). Also the idle air control valve will need to be wire from 3 wire to 2 wire (Figure 6 for OBD2A, Figure 7 for OBD2B). The secondary O2 sensor wiring will have to be lengthened by using an O2 adapter if you are using an EX style catalytic converter. The intake air temperature sensor will have to be relocated in the intake arm somewhere as the Y8 manifold doesn't have a place for it (see figure 8).

Any CEL codes?

Did you read the last bit on what I posted under "misc'

If re-using a CX to DX engine harness, the CKP (crank sensor) has one too many wires for this specific sensor (3 total). Any US 96+/OBD2 DOHC engine has a 2-wire CKP sensor. Simply color match the wires up from the DOHC CKP sensor and leave the 3rd wire disconnected.

Now, inside the car, route your 2 wires to the ECU. If you have not already done so, do the ECU side of the 2 wire IACV conversion. Take the extra orange wire (that you extended to the knock sensor) and plug it into D6. Attach pins to your 2 black wires and plug the "oil pressure" wire into C15, and your "vtec wire" into A8. Refer to the picture below for plug locations. Plug in your new P2P ECU and enjoy your swap!

Do you know if your engine is auto or not (IACV will be booted to the back of the intake manifold)?

All else aside the only codes you should throw is:

VTEC
Knock
IACV

You don't need a scanner, look in the FAQ and all you need is a jumper wire or paper clip.

P1259 = VTEC circuit problem

P0135 = check the primary O2 sensor heater wires; make sure fuse 15 isn't blown
