Default d16y8 manifold question

i have a d16y7 and want to put a y8 manifold. is there any type that i need? also do i need to do anything special or i can plug and play?

If you get a 99-00 d16y8 mani make sure the small holes on the intake mounting area are either welded shut or the nipple coming straight up off the mounting face is blocked. Personally I recommend the welding. Also I recommend using your native throttle body....it will work. If you want a clean installation go ahead and get a D16y8 throttle cable as well.
