Correct - the green connectors go from engine harness to cabin harness but what are you getting at with whether they are connected to anything? they both have wires and uses I imagine. Here is the ex cabin harness green plug.

So did you swap out the cabin harness from an LX to an EX, thats the confusing part. You're only suppose to have one green female plug and one ecu male A plug.
