D16Y8 Intake Manifold.........Has anyone actually dynoed?
I have a D15B VTEC in my hatch. I am wondering if anyone has dynoed a Z6, D15B, etc after installing this IM. I am curious to know if there are decent gains. I have searched here & d-series.org & have not found anything more than speculation.
I have CAI/Header, and exhaust is forth coming. I am running a P28 w/ stock program for now, but I have 2 new programs en route, stock P08 and an RPT program. I also intend to upgrade the cam/valve train after xmas, so an IM is making sense about now.
Any good info is appreciated.

Bump..I also want to know..People on this forum claim better throttle response and slight to none noticable gains..Anyone out there with a dyno sheet?

I'm going to get a number afterwords, but it will be on a D16A6 @ 9.7:1 and the intake is being portmatched with a 60mm B18A throttle body.

In the Feb. 04 issue of HCI magazine they swaped out the manifold on a b16a(CRX EF) with a skunk2 and gained 9.8 whp.

the y8 flows as good as the skunk2 so the same gain would probably apply to a d
