That's the Y7...it has a down draft TB.
On topic that does appear to be a Y8 mani...you have the head right? There is a code on the head that will tell you what head it is. You'll have to do some research to find the head codes because I didn't commit them to memory.

well I was told this head/IM was off a manual. I'm going to put this head on a D16A6 so I'm a little confused on how to use an auto IM now.

It's from a manual , just its from a 99-00 civic , they dont have the iac on the intake manifolds anymore , if im not mistaken thats whats that sensor is with the hoses coming from it on the front of the manifold

Are you saying that for Civic model years 99-00, that there exists NO Y8 manifold that has the 2-wire IACV mounted to IT??
You're saying that all 99-00 Y8 manifolds are of the 'auto' style??

This is not true..I have a 99 manifold with the holes cast in them. Air injection holes are there too
