im having trouble with my 94 civic i just put a d16y8 in it using my obd1 intake, alternator, harness, and i switch the internals out of my d15 dizzy and put it in the y8 dizzy. my first problem is it wont rev it will idle but it wont rev maybe up to 3k but thats it. second problem is i have no cooling fan i did a voltage test at the fan motor and there was no voltage i checked the fuse and it was fine but i dont kno where to go after that. before i put this motor in everything work fine idk maybe you guys can help me out thanks
