Code 70 tells you there is an automatic transmission trouble code. Pull the specific code with a code reader, or jump the service connector and read the code that blinks from the cluster D4 light.

Your linear solenoid could definatley affect shift patterns. If I were you I would skip all the BS and price a trans or do a 5sp conversion, whichever is more cost effective. I'd recommend taking your car to Honda Dealership and letting them flush your trans with a Honda flush machine, and see if that improves your situation. The linear solenoid is #32 in the picture. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...ISSION+HOUSING
Hope that helps!
I replace the transmission but still have the same codes.......what is next solution.......

you replaced the tranny before trying to swap out the ECU or check the sensors? Also have you reset your ECU since the tranny swap? Most OBD2 Setups remember codes from run to run

I replaced the tranny with a used good tranny.....same code still come on......using my code reader....the code that came up is p0700, p0715 and p1678.....the cluster on the car is a si cluster now not the original one. Would the si cluster play a big role in it....im confuse....im so use to working on manuel transmission not automatic....please advise....

Yes you are since that seems to be the source of the problem.

^This -- start by checking the wires for the two sensors below.

P0715 = Mainshaft speed sensor

P1769 = Linear solenoid
