so im looking to buy a cam for my d16y8, lookin for a stage 3, i was told if i go stage 2 or 3 ill need to get springs too, but what company make a cheap, but good cam for my engine? what kind of power will i be making out of adding a cam. already have cold air intake, full exhaust

i wouldnt cheap out on internals, but thats just me. u stayin N/A or goin FI?

Bloxs makes a good cam thats not too expensive,and the valve springs too..I would guess that it would add maybe 15-20hp? Could be wrong
