Default d16y8 block z6 head?

i currently have a 93 ej1 with the d16z6 in it. the motor has about 319,000 on it all original with just header and intake. now i have a d16y8 block with around say 120,000 on it i think. is it worth it for me to swap out the blocks? if so what do i need to do to make this happen. is there a huge difference between these blocks? will it just bolt right up?

Just cuz it's got higher mileage doesn't mean you need to swap it. Do you actually have problems with the Z6? cuz it's actually the superior motor in my opinion...
